Crude Urofollitropin

Urofollitropin is  extracted and purificatied from the urine of post menopausal women .It has follicle-stimulating activity. The role of FSH is to promote follicle recruitment and development. For the primary ovarian function failure women, FSH can stimulate the ovarian follicle development. In the case of lack of endogenous LH peak, when the monitoring results show that the follicle has been fully developed, human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) should be injected after the injection of this product, in order to promote follicle fully mature and ovulation.
